		<title>if your goal is to lose a few pounds after the christmas feasting, one of the quickest ways is to do cardio training in the morning before eating. because your blood sugar is low in the morning, you will get into the fat burning zone quicker. however I do not recommend that you do this kind of training over a prolonged period of time, 7-10 days is what i would recommend.</title>
