    • if your goal is to lose a few pounds after the christmas feasting, one of the quickest ways is to do cardio training in the morning before eating. because your blood sugar is low in the morning, you will get into the fat burning zone quicker. however I do not recommend that you do this kind of training over a prolonged period of time, 7-10 days is what i would recommend.
    • started a new kind of training today, jujitsu, exhausting but fun, made the mistake of running 10 miles on the same day.
    • Hello, and happy new year! I started the year in Marrakech and on new years day went for a run in the desert, very inspiring and great for refocusing.
